Two Castles Run, Warwick-Kenilworth · 19 March 2008

Cord is an international charity that works with people in highly sensitive and oppressive contexts to transform dysfunctional relationships into those that create peaceful & inclusive societies. Our vision, mission and values are inspired by the Christian faith. Our Vision is of a world where all people live in the fullness of peace; having the freedom to flourish and live free from fear. Our Mission is to transform dysfunctional relationships between individuals and communities and those holding power into positive and thriving relationships built on mutual dependency and trust. Cord works in partnership with local community based organisations to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise with a view to enabling them to more effectively advocate on behalf of communities with government, private companies, and others with power and leverage to impact the quality of life of disadvantaged communities.

Story

I know it's been ages since I've run anywhere.

And now I have the burden of coeliac disease to bear too (oh it's a hard life!).

So if you can spare a pound or two to encourage me around the Two Castles

course it would be used by CORD to train teachers in refugee camps on the

Darfur/Chad border.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: CORD - (Christian Outreach - Relief and Development) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
