My story

Thank you for visiting The Red Wheelies fundraising page. We are a group of people, all of whom have ms, who have formed a formation display team on mobility scooters to raise both awareness of the condition and funds for the Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.

The Red Wheelies completed their charity 'walk', on mobility scooters, alongside the approx. 84 mile length of the Hadrian's Wall path during May 2009. It was a truly memorable and fantastic journey memories of which we will cherish for ever. Pictures from the walk can be seen on our website at www.redwheelies.co.uk.

The aims of the walk a) to raise support and much needed funds for the therapy centre and increase awareness of MS.

b) Working with Hadrian's Wall Path - National Trails managed by Hadrian's Wall Heritage Ltd to create a disabled trail to allow everyone to enjoy this beautiful area of England.

We are continuing our fund-raising by performing at various events and are preparing for another walk in 2010.

This page is powered by Justgiving, if you’re a UK taxpayer Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor The Red Wheelies now and thank you so much for your support!
