On 28 September 2008 I successfully completed a Duathlon - 40K Cycle and then 10K run at the Fitness First Gym in Wolverhampton.  It took me 2 hours, 17 minutes and 55 seconds, which I was quite proud of since five years ago I couldn't even run to catch a bus.
