Little do many of us know, but 1/4 will experience a mental health problem in any one year. That's 1/10 young people and 1/3 of your peers in your classroom. 

Unfortunately, mental health has very little awareness, but lots of harmful stigma. Sadly, mental health can kill and be just as harmful as a physical illness and it's time to show people the importance and banish the myths.

Mental illness can ruin lives and the charity, Mind does an amazing job of supporting anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Please help them continue their work through sponsoring me for my cycle; I would be extremely grateful.
