For those not familiar with The Rob Roy Challenge it is a 55 mile walk and cycle that runs from Drymen to Kenmore and can take over 12 hours to complete. The event raises money for a number of charities including Sightsavers International and The Princes Trust - http://www.robroychallenge.com/charities/
This year’s event will be particularly poignant for the Rettie & Co. Team given the unexpected passing late last year of our friend and colleague Bryce McCall Smith, who had previously been involved with this event and indeed hosted the Rettie & Co. Team last year. I would therefore urge you to dig deep in these difficult financial times and remember that "In charity there is no excess". Francis Bacon.

Graham Nicholson, Chris Hall, Ben Brough, Tony Perriam, Diarmid Mackenzie Smith and Andrew Meehan.
So even if you do not know, or indeed like, any members of the teams remember the words of Aristotle, "I did not give it to the man, but to humanity."
