On 19th October we will attemp to run (but more likely walk!!) the Epsom Downs Dash, which is a 5k course around the downs. We will of course be rev'd up and ready to go (rev'd meaning we'll probably be in Rev's, Sutton, the night before to prepare ourselves appropriately for the challenge!!)
