I will be taking part in the Race For Life 5k in Caernarfon, this will be my second time attending.

2 years ago I did it in 34.50 minutes. Since then I have lost 2 stone (28lbs) and this time I'm hoping to hit a greater target. I will be training to ensure I do well.

Other than raising money for a great charity I will also want to hit a personal target and beat what I achieved last time.
