Crossroads Caring for Carers is the largest provider of practical support to carers in the UK. It aims to give carers a much-needed break by providing trained, paid carer support workers to go into the home on a regular basis to replace the carer.

I have chosen Crossroads Caring for Carers as my charity as it gives practical support to carers of all ages, from 7 to 100 years old, and across all illnesses or problems. You can find yourself very suddenly in a 24/7 caring role, or it can creep up on you over time. Caring for someone is very rewarding but carers need to look after their own health and well being to enable themselves to continue in their role. I am very grateful for all who have taken and interest and donated and bought the T Shirts. Thank you so much for your support and kindness
