Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be taking part in the Vitruvian Triathlon on 4th September, a half-ironman distance event which includes a 1.9k lake swim, 85k bike and 21k run.(http://www.pacesetterevents.com/vitruvian-triathlon.php).

I wanted to use this opportunity to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my mother and for everyone else battling cancer.

Macmillan are a fantastic charity who help improve the lives of people affected by cancer and their families. (http://www.macmillan.org.uk/Aboutus/AboutUsHome.aspx)

This will be my first attempt at a triathlon of this distance, so I hope I don't end up like this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTn1v5TGK_w)
