Queen Elizabeth's Foundation is a national charity based in Surrey that encourages and enables adults with complex disabilities to increase independence and improve life skills. Through its specialist centres, QEF provides brain injury rehabilitation, vocational training for mainstream employment, coaching for life in the community and mobility assessment and tuition.

My story

HI, well who would of thought 2 robust men and one sofa loving young lady would attempt to cycle 26 miles for charity, but thats what we are going to do for the QUEEN ELIZABETH'S FOUNDATION on September 20th 2009, i myself work at the Queen Elizabeth's Foundation Training College and see first hand the good work they do for all the people less fortunate than ourself's but they need our support so please donate what you can.

Will simon fall off again? will Richard's back give up for good? will Michelle get to the finish without messing up her hair???? WATCH THIS SPACE.
