My personal message:

Just to make one thing clear - I have no intention of jumping out of a plane and that is my final word!

As a longtime AvMA Panel Solicitor I spend most of my time acting for people injured by medical accidents. The rest of my time I seem to spend out on my bike!

I have managed to get myself a place in the British Cyclosportive. This huge event is part of this year's Tour de France which starts in London. I will be joining 5,000 others riding Stage One of the Tour route, 203 kms from  London to Canterbury. I doubt that I will win but will try my best to finish in under 8 hours if you sponsor me!
