Last year I rode on the first Help for Heroes bike ride. Being overtaken on that ride by the severely handicapped servicemen made me realise how much they deserved every effort I could put in to raise money to help them. So now I'm off again.

I am appealing to all that know me as a round, ageing ex-soldier to sponsor me, for as much as they feel able to contribute, to help me reach my target. You may also see a thinner me in the future - although I said that last year!
