Not having had enough pain and suffering once, I have been seconded by SCOPE to run again for them in the London Marathon 2011. Well it was a mutual secondment actually. I think I enjoyed it so much I want to do it again, but then at my age the memory does begin to play tricks.

Anyway, here goes. So please donate all that you can - I would really appreciate it. Remember, I am paying all of my expenses (travel, hotel, entry fee, shoes etc) myself so every single penny you donate goes to a brilliant charity.

To everyone who supported me in the last marathon in April 2010 I want to say once again "Thank you so much for your help" and if you can spare a few pennies again it would be very much appreciated.
