Those who know me, will know that I have had my dreadlocks for 5 years now and that shaving them off has not been an easy decision to make (!), despite many urging me to do so over the years! Now, the time has come for a change and it seems a really good opportunity to raise funds for a really worthwhile charity.
I'm shaving my head on May 21st and will update this page and the Ringspun.co.uk website with images once it's done.
Alzheimer's is a charity close to my heart as it's such a debilitating illness that robs you of your dignity at a time when dignity is pretty much all we have left....the chance to do something for such a worthy charity and also an opportunity to steer clear of the Brian May/Anita Dobson one look / one hairstyle my whole life was an opportunity not to be missed.
