Hi:

I'm running the NY Marathon on 1st November to raise money for the Lake District-based Bendrigg Trust, which does fantastic work for disabled and disadvantaged youngsters in. Please find a link to the organisation below.

I'm hoping to raise £500 and don't have a great deal of time left.
