TO HELP RELIEVE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONGST PERSONS LIVING IN THE HARROW AND WEMBLEY AREA BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, OLD PEOPLE'S HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
