Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in memory of my beautiful nan Denise Phillips who lost her short battle with Cancer in January. 

Me and 2 friends are doing a Tandem Skydive to raise money for The Rotherham Hospice who were absolutely amazing when it came to taking care of my nan. They held my whole family together during the hardest time of our lives. 

The hospice is independently run from the NHS relying only on public donations. 

I never realised what the term 'you don't know what you have until it's gone' meant until the day I lost the most precious woman in my life, my nan. I never thought she'd be taken away from us as quick as she was, but seeing her sleeping peacefully and pain free, I knew i could never wish my nan back to go through it all again. 

If it wasn't for the hospice I dread to think how my nans last days would've been, I know for sure she wouldn't have recieved the love and care the hospice staff showed her. 

Me and my family will never be able to repay the Hospice for the care and support they showed to us all, but we will all be eternally greatful. 

RIP nan, fly high and continue to shine bright.  Love you x x x x
