On Saturday 2nd January Rob and I will be doing a 12hr continuous static cycle ride, on Spin bikes at the CentreMk, Silbury Arcade, Central Milton Keynes, The only time we can stop is for toilet breaks!!!
We are raising money for, Help for Heroes which for those who dont know is a charity that provides practical direct support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Please if you can afford too, donate generously to this charity that is close to both our hearts, more so to Rob who is an ex Grenadier Guard in the British Army and still has many close connections with friends still serving in regiments all over the world, some of which have directly benifited from the charity!
