Hello all visitors to my page.

This September myself and 3 colleagues will be riding from London to Paris to support the Everyman Cancer charity, we all feel this is a worthwhile charity and fully support all the work that they do.

Throughout the next few months I will be updating this page to keep you all informed of how training is going and other ways I and the team are raising money.

Please donate as much as you can and send the page to anyone who you feel will help support the cause, I am not riding all that way for fun! Although I am certain it will present us all with a  great challenge that we will remember for our lives.
