The Douglas Bader Foundation exists to advance and promote the physical, mental and spiritual welfare of persons without one or more limbs, or otherwise physically disabled. We offer advice and information to amputees, friends, family and carers via our online ‘Knowledge Centre' the Limb Loss Information Centre. We promote the benefits of physical activity and mental and spiritual welfare through our events, CHAMPS and the Douglas Bader Grant Scheme.

I'm an Ex Paralympian and currently Captain of the GB Sitting Volleyball Team.  The very lovely Kiera Roche from the Bader foundation has roped me into this, but now i'm here i'm looking forward to the challenge.  Please consider donating to this very worthy cause.  I'll even wear an Irish kilt on the trek just to scare the natives.
