With the extra 4 stone in weight I've gained since entering the city now being neutralised by my new go faster haircut, I've decided that if tubby Tony Constable can make it around the marathon I should have no problems!

As such I am doing the London Marathon in 2009, and wish to raise money for the RNIB in the process.  They are a very worthy charity so please give generously.
