After throwing myself from Segdumn Tower (absailing that is - well it didn't feel like that when I was stood on the top!) I will now be taking part in the Great North Run to raise money for the Toby Henderson Trust. When our son, Alex was diagnosed with Autism we found it very difficult to access support for him and undersrtand where and how to access these services.
Alex now receives weekly sessions from the Toby Henderson Trust to help him develop social and interpersonal skills and is making great progress. They also helped us manage issues between the various agencies now involved in Alex's care and support. They also provide social and support sessions for familes with children who have Autism.
