Hello one and all. On the 11th October I will be doing a 4k fun run on behalf of Promise Dreams at their annual Run For Dreams Event. I know 4k doesn't sound a lot but to an overweight fool like me its like a marathon.
This is a local charity that I support which makes the dreams of seriously or terminally ill children come true. Its three main patrons are Steve Bull, Don Goodman and Suzi Perry who will all be running on Sunday as well.
I hope to raise £150 which is not that much money but will make a huge difference to some child's dream. Please donate no matter how small as every penny counts.

I seem to have been struck down with flu or at the very least a heavy cold. I would just like to say i will still complete the run even if i have to walk around the course.
illness update: i have been to the docs and been diagnosed with tonsillitis, the run(or walk) goes ahead as planned.
