OK, it's been a few years since i did this running stuff but i feel its time to dust down my fave trainers and hit the streets again. I'll be doing the Great North Run again, the best event i have been to this time in aid of Marie Curie. If you donate generously i'll try my hardest to beat my last GNR time of 1hr 45
