Rock of Ages exists because Isaac Mwewe, a young pastor, had a vision to provide children in the area with primary education. In this shanty compound, on waste ground too contaminated to grow crops, Isaac, along with local residents, physically dug up stones and, as and when they could afford bags of cement, made blocks by hand and created the 'Rock of Ages' school. Isaac's vision is to provide primary education for the children and, in due course, to train adults there to provide work skills and income to ensure the project becomes self-sustaining.
Please help us to help him help them!
