As you can see my itchy feet have got the better of me and I'm off on my travels again. Travelling from China to Italy in seven to nine months, or thereabouts. This time I am doing it to help raise funds for Sobell House - a hospice for people with life limiting illnesses,  who helped my mother when she had cancer, and it is in my mother's memory that I'm doing this.

I've done plenty of training for it - and can now go three weeks without a wash!
