Thanks so much for visiting my fundraising page - this year I'm running my first race in far too long - the 'Run to The Beat' Half Marathon 2009 at the 02 on Sep 27th.

I'm running the race for the British Heart Foundation as my dear Daddy Blair died of a sudden heart attack a few years ago. It's also about time I got fit again and raised money for a charity that genuinely saves lives every day for good measure - everyone is a winner!
