Having decided Movember was not enough of a challenge, I have decided to compete in the London Triathlon to raise money for Cancer Research UK. This entails a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride and a 5km run. With a target time of 1hr 30m, there is a lot of training involved! Please donate kindly for a great charity!
