About our charity: Hope and Homes for Children Hope and Homes for Children
Hope and Homes for Children’s mission is to give hope to the poorest children in the world – those who are orphaned, abandoned or vulnerable – by enabling them to grow up within the love of a family and the security of a home, so they can fulfil their potential. In Central and Eastern Europe, we close orphanages and move children into family-based care whilst developing the services needed to help prevent child abandonment. In Africa, we provide a vital lifeline for families at risk of breakdown due to the pressures of poverty, disease or conflict. We believe that, above all else, every child should live within a loving family environment.
Fundraising target: £46,000.00

Our personal message:

After pedalling 46,000 miles across 5 continents in 4 years my journey round the world is over. You can read about it at www.roundtheworldbybike.com
But my fundraising is not over.

My ride was raising funds for 'Hope and Homes for Children'. I hope that you will be willing to make a donation to this site. My ambition for this site is to raise GBP1 for every mile that I cycled for a cause I really believe in.

This is the most efficient way for me to raise funds for 'Hope and Homes for Children'. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at NO COST to you.

Both myself and 'Hope and Homes for Children' really appreciate your donation. Any amount will make a difference but please try to give generously!

Many thanks.
Alastair
