The Welsh 3000 in 24 hours event is one of the toughest challenges in the UK.  It takes physical and mental stamina and is a challenge to even the fittest of walkers.  The event covers 52km and involves 4000m of climbing and with it being against the clock needs careful management.

This year I am raising funds for another youth charity (n:flame) who are work in different North London boroughs with young people.  All monies raised will go to support the work of its different activities which include Forum Theatre (dealing with bullying and self harm issues), mentoring, training, schools work and faith based activities too.
