I am going to hitch 1600 miles, to another continent this coming April.
In doing so, I will have the chance to see Northern Africa, a place I have been wishing to see for a long time!
More importantly, in doing so, I will be raising funds to help provide better educational opportunities to children in a few African countries.
I can go on talking about Making Poverty History and human rights, but going on this hitch and raising money at the same time puts my money where my mouth is.
The money that you donate here will not go to me or my hitch partners. It goes to Link Community Development.
Working in Ghana, Uganda, Malawi and South Africa, Link Community Development is improving education for children, giving them a chance to escape the poverty into which they have been born.
