In October 2009 I will try to climb to highest freestanding peak in the world, its know by the locals as "KILI" or Kilimanjaro. It stands at 5,895 meters (19,340 feet) above sea level. Why? To help raise money for HIV Orphans in Kenya.
Before I get there I have committed to raise £5,000 towards the work of the Nasio Trust (Reg Charity No. 1104542). They do a fantastic job supporting the HIV Orphans of Kenya and you can find out more about their various projects at www.thenasiotrust.org.
We need to raise £30,000 in total to build a second purpose build centre and support even more HIV orphans. Even the smallest amount will be put to good use,
£10 will feed a child for one month,
£20 will provide a child with clothes, shoes and bedding,
£100 will keep a child at the centre for a whole year.
This is the fastest and simplest way to make a donation, and is totally secure. The Nasio Trust will receive your donation faster this way.
Thank you for the donation, I know its going to make a difference.
