Hay Amigos

This year for my birthday I intend to demonstrate my athletic prowess by participating in a triathlon! (well a short course/sprint triathlon at least) I have entered the Cockerham Sprint Triathlon which is a 350m swim, 15k bike ride and 5k run.  Easy!

A 5 quid donation would be a wicked birthday pressie.  All money raised goes to the Albert Kennedy Trust, which is an exceptional national charity that supports LGBT homeless young people.

I hope you can make it to my Rubik's Cube party to celebrate my birthday (I'll be trying to match everything to my red swim cap), and if you're free on Sunday 30th August (Bank Holiday weekend) to cheer me on in Cockerham that would be cool too.
