My story

WE HAVE RAISED OVER £100,000 (including gift aid) AND HAVE FINISHED THE MARCH AT TWICKENHAM ON SATURDAY 16TH MAY. WE HAVE DONE EVERY GROUND, COMPLETED ON TIME AND ARE ALL VERY TIRED BUT VERY HAPPY. Please keep giving donations if you wish to help our work to cure Leukaemia- this page will stay open---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE RUGBY MARCH: 5TH-16TH MAY 2009, raising funds for The Richard Thomas Leukaemia Fund ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Welcome to the Justgiving page for THE RUGBY MARCH, a major fundraising effort from 50 friends to help the Richard Thomas Leukaemia fund in its final push in creating a new model for treating and curing a disease that took our friend Rich when he was 22. We have made huge fundraising progress but we need MORE DONATIONS whilst we march to reach our target. Please give as much as you can and remember to use the gift aid if you are a UK tax payer - it means 25% more funds for the charity. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We will walk between every Guinness Premiership ground travelling over 550 miles arriving at the Guinness Premiership Final on 16th May. The team will walk in shifts 24 hours a day for 12 days setting a new World Record for the longest continuous passing of a rugby ball.
