My story
On Sunday 20th May 2012 I ran the Cardiff Ultra Marathon in 9 hrs 29 mins and 46 secs. 55th out of 125 finishers. Not sure of the exact distance but it was well over 50 miles...
A massive thank you to all who've sponsored me. I am over the moon at the amount of money raised and think you are all quite marvellous!
I would also like to further thank my support crew led by Sara and Katie. The pizza and ice cream I had at 30 / 40 miles in are the best things I've ever, ever eaten! Plus, a special thank you to my running buddy, Tobias, who hardly sweated and kept me in the best of company all the way round.
