Yes yes y'all, i'm gonna run like the wind! well like I've broke wind more like, but none the less I 'm going to run/jog/hop/skip/fallover a 10k race.

It's going to be a real challenge for me as I currently can't even run 2K! But I have 6 months and I will do it.

This race should hopefully help to shed the unsightly double chin I sport in all my current pictures.

Support me please , I want to know that my family and friends are behind me, pushing me all the way (seriously it may come to that!)
