In case you didn't know i'm not the most athletic of people! The trainig on long,cold, wet roads and along the beach is going well, lots of sore muscles, cramp and the occasional blister is part of the course, but the money we raise together is going to a really worthwhile cause so please give as much as you can!

The funds we make will be donated to compassion uk, a christian child sponsorship organisation, which has been running for over 50 years, who give loving children in Kenya, the opportunities, the ones we all take for granted, a decent education, acces to medical services, social and emotional care, and a real chance in life to escape child labour. Equally importantly, to break the poverty cycle.
