I am taking part in the 2015 London Marathon and will be running to raise money for the Treloar Trust. They run a school and college in Hampshire, which enables severely physically disabled children and young adults from all over the UK, to gain an education.

I have been aware of Treloar's for many years but my involvement with them began in May 2014 when I started work with them as a Residential Support Worker.

I am pushing myself to run the marathon because I have learnt first hand how every penny will be put to good use. Being such a specialised institution you can imagine what it might cost to run.  The passion and expertise of Treloar's staff gives the students the opportunity to live their lives to the full and make a positive contribution, but each year we need to raise around £1.5 million to give these youngsters the support they need - so they can dare to dream!!

I am trying to raise at least £2000 to help these inspirational young people. I hope you will sponsor me to help me beat my target.
