I've bought new trainers ready for next year to try and avoid the cramp which hampered my efforts this time - although the occasional training run beforehand might have highlighted the problem if I'd only thought the whole plan through!

If I reach my target of £500 it will represent 1/6000th of the sum needed to run the Sir Michael Sobell House Hospice for just one year. Huge thanks to everyone who has sponsored me so far.
