It all started while sitting down on a sunny afternoon, discussing the joy of running . The next thing we knew we had all entered the Windsor Half Marathon. Some of us were more surprised than others!
Many of the breathless team work in the Intensive Care Unit. We care for critically ill adults who have been seriously injured or who have life threatening illnesses. A lot of these patients require life support from an artificial ventilator. Medical technology is constantly becoming more complex and some newer ventilators are very expensive. With this in mind we would very much like to ask you to help us raise money so that we can give our patients the most advanced support possible. The hope is that you, our friends, family, colleagues, associates and fans (of which there are millions apparently) will be so inspired by our aim, our hardwork and dedication to training as well as our fabulous t shirts that you will give a little of your hard earned money to the fund.
