Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Albert Campbell, our little Bertie, was born on the 22nd May 2009. He was a perfect little boy who sadly suffered a tragic and unpredictable birth accident that left him starved of oxygen, eventually resulting in his passing away a week later. For such a little person Bertie had lots of battles to fight in his short life and thanks to the amazing dedication and compassion of the staff at the Neonatal Unit at Kings College Hospital he overcame many of them. We knew that the all of the staff did everything that they possibly could for our little boy, which has given us all an enormous amount of peace since he left us. Bertie's Dad Andrew and Uncle Neil have decided to run the Brighton Marathon in his memory on Sunday the 18th April 2010, and in doing so would like to raise some money for the unit that looked after him so very well.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
