I've now completed my run (it took 1hr 48mins 19secs and I lost 5lb in weight!) but it isn't too late to sponsor me!  Thank you to everyone that has done so already, but there is still time to add more to the total if you can - I'd really appreciate it.  The photos and details of the day are now on www.makingitbetter.org.uk  - under the breaking news section.
