Feel duty bound to announce that finished without passing out this time. Sadly didn't get free massage in the medical tent but overall a much better way to end a truly beautiful, sunny, dry day which brought out the very best in London and Londoners. Thank you all for your generosity. This money will be directed to exactly where it is needed by an efficient and motivated charity. 3:20:45. Sub 3 next time!

I'm raising money to help those with brain injury live full and happy lives in safe, caring environments where they can learn and grow just like the rest of us.
Rupert Johnston is Magnus and Guy's brother. He benefits from life in a unit which offers just such an environment and supporting the Disabilities Trust will help him to continue with his care.
Being pestered for sponsorship is a sometimes irritating fact of life nowadays, but it is nothing compared to life with brain injury.
