I will be running in the British 10K London run on 1st July. My preparation so far has been to go to yoga every morning of the week and give up all cardiovascular exercise.... I should therefore be in good shape on the day – NOT. My plan is to run every day this coming week.
If I run Monday through Friday and do the run in an hour, I will scrape up some extra cash for the event.
