Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Aim of the Challenge is for two teams from Royal Air Force Brize Norton to run, row and ride 166 miles carrying the Baton from the Source of the Thames to the Olympic Park in London. Stage One will be a relay run from the Source of the Thames to Lechlade using the Thames National Footpath, a distance of approximately 23 miles. Stage Two will consist of a number of rowing events over 3 ½ days to cover the 123 miles from Lechlade to Teddington, the tidal reach of the Thames. The final Stage will be a cycle ride from Teddington to the Olympic Park.
