Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to dust off the old running shoes and get back on the road to raise some more money for the TSA, a charity that is very close to Adrianne (my wife) and I. On 27th September I shall be completing Run to the Beat, a half marathon from the O2 arena around Greenwich and Charlton and back to the O2. The TSA supports not only people who have Tuberous Sclerosis (TSC) but also their families and Carers.
For those of you that have not heard of TSC it is a complex genetic condition caused by an alteration in a gene. People with TSC have growths in different organs of the body (brain, heart, eyes, skin, kidneys, lungs) and may have epilepsy, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and kidney problems. Symptoms vary from one person to another with some people showing very few symptoms and others more severely affected. For more info on the TSA please visit http://www.tuberous-sclerosis.org/ or free feel to email myself or Adrianne
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you for taking the time to read this page.
All the Best
Graham
