On Friday 12th August 2011 i completed the Grimsthorpe 70 mile non stop race in a time of 14 hours 10 mins in 5th position, if you think this is a great achievement please give here. For this race report please go to www.runwithphil.co.uk 

On Friday 11 May until Sunday 20 May 2012 I will be running 10 marathons in 10 consecutive days around Lake Windermere on a tough undulating course raising funds for the Brathay Trust who do fantastic work with the most vulnerable and disadvantage children/young adults to ensure they reach their true potential in life. The 10 in 10 is something I wanted to do after running the 2011 Windermere marathon and seeing the runners compete in their last marathon was truly inspirational and for such a worthy cause it definitely was something I had to do being an ultra marathon runner.

 

Yes yet again I am asking people to part with their hard earned cash and support me running another some might say “mad run” but remember it is all for a good cause and the most positive thing anyone can do for me is give a little through this page.
