We did it! It was a really horrible rainy day, and our Santa suits were a touch on the humiliating side but your generous support meant that we were far too ashamed to drop out!  Thank you for sponsoring us - we really appreciate it.

P.S. My legs hurt!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  On 6th December Katherine and I will be putting on our itchy white beards, donning our shiny red potentially velvet suits and taking part in the Santa Run 5K in Greenwich Park in London!  Now Katherine has recently taken part in a 10K race and so has nothing to worry about, but I generally choose only to run when absolutely necessary; away from angry and possibly rabid dogs for example, or towards cake.

As you may know, I work for the charity I am raising funds for; the Multiple Sclerosis Trust, and therefore know for a fact that they are the best (and only!) charity you should donate your hard-earned cash to!  Multiple sclerosis is a horrible, unpredictable condition that often affects people who are young, in their 20s and 30s, and so who are just figuring out who they want to be.  The MS Trust is a small and relatively young charity that works tirelessly (trust me!) to try and demonstrate that a diagnosis of MS doesn't mean that life has to stop.  Your donations will support people in receiving the information they need in order to make the most of their lives, in spite of their MS, and so please dig deep and help the MS Trust to keep helping others.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So donate whatever you can now or beware, I know where you live.........!
