Story
Anyone who has visited Matumaini Rehabilitation Centre in the hills of Molo, Kenya will know Ruth Scott Kellie, better known as Sister Ruth. Her vision and tireless work has brought about a centre that has reached hundreds of disabled children with the message of hope. Hope that they can have a better future, hope that they can be part of society, hope that God loves and cares for them.
Sister Ruth is retiring from managing the centre although will still be involved in various ways.
Those who know Sister Ruth, will be aware that she has invested her whole life into the home and as a result, has little left for herself.
I would like you to join with me to celebrate the work of Sister Ruth and consider contributing to a retirement fund for her which will cover some of her expenses over the coming years.
Your generosity to one of Kenya's unsung heroines is greatly appreciated.
