i am taking part in charity bike ride from London to Paris. It is over 4 days and will cover over 310 miles.

i have chosen sue Ryder as they are a charity who are very important to me and my family.

this Christmas has been a very sad one for a really close friend of mine as his dad sadly passed away at sue Ryder. He had battled for over a year with a very rare cancer .

i am really wanting to make a difference to the hospice by raising a lot of money  as what they do for others is priceless. So if everyone could help me with this all I am asking is as little or as much as you can afford

Penile cancer (cancer of the penis) is rare. Approximately 500 men are diagnosed with it in the UK each year. It is most often diagnosed in men between the ages of 50 and 70.

We provide specialist  care for the people of Gloucestershire with potentially life-threatening illnesses.

We strive to meet the overall needs of the patient; their family and carers, with the support and expertise of our multidisciplinary specialist palliative care team.

We help patients for different reasons.

A patient may have unresolved symptoms. Or a patient has physical, psychological, social or spiritual issues that can't be managed satisfactorily in other settings. They then come to us for a specialist intervention from our  team.

We also care for those with complex palliative care needs which require reassessment and rehabilitation.

And we're also here to meet the complex needs of a patient requiring end of life care.
